Competition 2020!

Minocqua Dance participated in the Symposium Talent Contest this past weekend at the Grand Theater in Wausau, WI.  Congratulations to all of the dancers and their accomplishments!

Sydney Pitzer danced a lyrical solo 'Light of the World' and received a Diamond, 1^st Place, 3^rd Overall, and the Passion Plus Judges Choice Award. 

Elizabeth Fitch danced a lyrical solo 'Dancing in the Sky' and received a High Gold and 3rd Place.

Phoebe Wirtz danced a pointe solo 'You Were Good to Me' and received a High Gold, 1^st Place, and Teen Solo High Point for Age 14 Elite dancers.

Isabella Baker danced a pointe solo 'Raymonda Variation' and received a High Gold, 1^st Place, and Senior Solo High Point Award for Age 16 Elite dancers.

'Radioactive' danced by Nixie Lindemann received a Gold.

'Last Love Song'' danced by Cierra Hayman received a High Gold, 5^th Place, and 12^th Overall.

Hip Hop solo 'Coming in Hot' danced by Katlynn Rowe received a High Gold and 3rd Place.

Duet 'So Cold' danced by Norah Strasburg and Tuscanny Bellman received a High Gold, 2nd Place, and 9^th Overall.

Lyrical Duet 'Speechless' danced by Alyssa Meade and Eliana Waltz received a High Gold.

Contemporary Duet 'No Escape' danced by Francesca Baker and Lilian Seeliger received a High Gold.

Ballet in the Hood danced by Katlynn Rowe and Isabella Baker received a High Gold, 1^st Place, and 8th Overall.
Group Contemporary Pointe dance 'Resolve' received a High Gold and 2nd Place.

Danced a lyrical small group dance to 'Broken and Beautiful' and recieved a High Gold, 2nd Place, 5th Place Overall, and the Breath of Fresh Air Judge’s Choice Award.
