Minocqua Dance presents ‘A Grinchmas Nutcracker’ Dec. 16

Minocqua Dance presents ‘A Grinchmas Nutcracker’ a holiday performance of ballet and jazz. Joining the school is Ella Grimm from the Milwaukee Ballet Pre-Professional program dancing the role of the Sugar Plum Fairy. 

 

The performance is based on the traditional Nutcracker story with a Grinchmas twist. Grinchette unwillingly celebrates the holiday with Clara Lou Who. After taking an adventure through a snowy waltz on pointe into the land of the sweets, she learns the true meaning of Christmas.   ‘A Grinchmas Nutcracker’ will include ballet, pointe, jazz and hip-hop styles of dance.

 

‘A Grinchmas Nutcracker’ will be performed in the Lakeland Union High School auditorium Saturday, December 16 at 1:00pm and 4:00pm.

Ticket Rates
Saturday, November 19 at 10am until Friday, December 16 at 6pm
Costs: $10 age 12 and under / $15 ages 13 and up

After this time tickets will only be available at the door for purchase 30 minutes prior to each show time (1pm & 4pm) at the Lakeland High School Auditorium. 

Ticket prices increase to $15 age 12 and under / $20 ages 13 and up at the door. 

There is bake sale at intermission for the Lakeland Food Pantry. All proceeds are matched my Minocqua Dance.
